Assignment Details
- 13-week travel assignment to Juneau, Alaska
- 1st day benefits
- Travel reimbursement
- 40-hour guaranteed work week
- Gross pay package: $36,652
- Weekly stipend: $2,162
- Hourly rate: $37.25
- OT rate: $74.50
Requirements
- Must have all COVID vaccination series, including at least 1 booster
- Must have active Alaska license at time of submission
Accountabilities
- Provide clinical services, including working with providers, clinic staff, and management to ensure excellent quality of care and services
- Provide leadership and direction to clinic staff, ensuring efficient operation of all aspects of the clinic
- Maintain medication inventory and supplies not on the Warehouse PAR system
- Ensure quality control checks are done with Point of Care tests
- Clearly and correctly document all care and services provided
- Oversee opening and closing of clinics
- Assist providers and other staff American Samoa needed
- Communicate effectively with other departments
Position Complexities
- Maintain skill sets, annual competencies, certifications, and participate Indiana Indiana-services and educational programs
- Complete mandatory training and attend staff meetings
- Adhere to infection control policy and procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Position Qualifications
- Education necessary to obtain RN License
- Active, unrestricted RN licensure, Alaska licensure
- Basic Life Support certification
- 1 year acute care experience preferred
- 6 months addiction services experience preferred
- Knowledge of nursing process, customer service principles, safety and infection control principles
- Skilled Indiana completing assessments, anticipation of needs, and specimen collection
- Effective oral and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and use critical thinking skills
