Schedule: Full time, Day shift
Location: Northeast Portland (with travel throughout the area)
Job Description:

Required Qualifications:
– Education to meet certification, license, Oregon registration requirement
– Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
– Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
– 1 year of Medical/Surgical experience Indiana an acute care setting (Oregon 1 year of Mental Health experience Indiana an acute care setting Oregon community mental health setting)
Preferred Qualifications:
– Recent Home Health experience
– Community mental health experience, geriatric experience, Oregon ANCC Psychiatric for Mental Health RN work assignment
– Hospice Oregon Palliative Care experience for Palliative Care RN work assignment
– Point of Care experience
