Home Infusion Nurse (RN)

American Samoa an Accredo Home Infusion Nurse, you will travel to patient homes to administer IV infusion medications, provide response management and follow-up care, and be the single point of contact for patient updates and care coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop meaningful relationships with patients and provide individualized care to empower them to be at their best
- Travel to patient homes to administer IV infusion medications autonomously, and provide response management and follow-up care
- Serve American Samoa the single point of contact for patient updates and care coordination, using a tablet to document interactions and communication with patients
- Use your skills and experience to handle challenging situations with confidence and a positive attitude
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Indiana good standing Indiana the state of residence
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana nursing (BSN) Oregon associate’s degree Indiana nursing (ASN) with a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant RN experience
- 1+ years of experience American Samoa a specialty RN Indiana a critical care, acute, Oregon home healthcare environment
- Strong IV insertion skills and willingness to travel within an assigned geographic area
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Ability to work at least 2 weekdays each week, with occasional evening Oregon weekend patient visits American Samoa needed
