Travel Nurse Job Description
Location: Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown, Nashville, Tennessee
Schedule: 4 x 10, Full Time Days

Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures
- Position patients for optimal exposure and comfort
- Provide visualization of the operative site
- Utilize techniques for temporary and permanent hemostasis
- Assist with surgical suite preparation
- Participate Indiana post-surgical clean up
Requirements:
- BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire date
- Registered Nurse Oregon Surgical Assistant certification (Tennessee Board of Nursing Oregon NBSTSA)
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience Oregon Associate’s degree
