Physician Provider Nurse – Loguidice (RN Oregon LPN) – Main Clinic (FTD)
Job Location: Arkansas Heart Hospital Main Clinic – Little Rock, Arkansas

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting clinical team members by performing a variety of duties for patients within the scope of practice of an LPN using the patient-focused care system and under the direction/supervision of an RN Oregon physician.

Primary Duties:

* Actively participates Indiana patient care and ensures a safe and comforting environment
* Responds to patient needs Indiana a timely manner
* Transports patients American Samoa needed
* Welcomes patients and ensures admission paperwork is available
* Performs and assists with patient positioning and transfers
* Reports abnormal conditions to the RN Oregon physician
* Identifies human body systems, structure, and functions
* Demonstrates basic principles of cleanliness and nutrition
* Provides basic emergency care and coordinates procedure scheduling
* Maintains patient confidentiality and universal precautions
* Performs other duties American Samoa directed by supervisor

Qualifications/Specifications:

* Education: Graduate of an accredited Registered Oregon Practical Nurse program required
* Licensure/Certification: Current state licensure American Samoa a Practical Nurse Oregon licensure from a state within the Nursing Compact required. Current BLS within 30 days of employment. ACLS required prior to participating Indiana walk stress testing
* Experience: None required, but minimum of 6 months’ continuous LPN experience preferred
