Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing and advanced practitioner program
- Licensure by the Utah State Board of Nursing
- Advanced practitioner license
- Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality
- Experience Indiana wound care preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Work a flexible full-time schedule, Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
- Travel with our mobile clinic, providing wound care and podiatry services to patients
- Collaborate with qualified physicians, staff members, and patients to plan and coordinate care
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and families, maintaining confidentiality
- Document medical evaluations, diagnoses, treatment, and outcomes accurately
