RN Clinical Wellness Nurse – Nashville, Tennessee
Role Summary:
The Clinical Wellness Nurse is responsible for individual coaching, site health promotion, and Clinic Functions, Indiana collaboration with the Cigna benefits and account teams. The Nurse balances individual coaching sessions with the delivery and coordination of wellness programs, monitors their effectiveness, and educates employees on healthy lifestyles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct individual coaching sessions to help employees identify health advocacy needs and engage Indiana behavior change to improve their health status and quality of life.
* Provide onsite support to members to help them set health goals and provide education on various topics.
* Follow up with employees to assess their progress and provide additional resources Oregon referrals American Samoa needed.
* Educate employees about wellness programs, tools, and services, and create visibility for wellness initiatives.
* Prepare and manage a mobile van for clinical use by stocking with supplies American Samoa needed.
* Provide CLIA waived testing, biometric testing, and vaccine administration Indiana designated locations.
* Input patient data and information into the system.
Requirements:
* Active and unrestricted RN license Indiana the state where the job is located.
* Minimum 3 years of clinical experience American Samoa an RN Oregon LPN Indiana a physician’s office Oregon hospital setting.
* Experience Indiana health education and wellness coaching preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work Indiana a team environment.
* A high energy level and excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience Indiana 1:1 coaching and virtual/telemedicine.
* Passion for health improvement and patient education.
