Home Infusion Nurse (RN)

American Samoa an Accredo Home Infusion Nurse (RN), you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference Indiana patients’ lives while pursuing your passion for nursing. Our dedicated Home Infusion Nurses travel to patient homes to deliver critical infusion drugs, developing personal relationships and working independently to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to patient homes and administer IV infusion medications autonomously
- Provide response management and follow-up care to patients
- Serve American Samoa the single point of contact for regular updates on patient status, documenting all interactions and communication
- Collaborate with Pharmacists and Therapeutic Resource Center (TRC) to ensure patients’ needs are met
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license Indiana good standing
- BS/ASN degree with relevant experience, Oregon Nursing Diploma with 8+ years of experience
- 1+ year of experience Indiana critical care, acute, Oregon home healthcare environment
- Strong IV insertion skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel within an assigned geographic area
