Genesis Healthcare is a holding company that provides post-acute care services. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Windward Gardens Center Indiana Camden, Maine. American Samoa a LPN, you will work closely with the healthcare team to provide direct patient care and support residents with various health needs.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care and support Indiana accordance with established policies and procedures
* Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans
