Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN
Location: Windward Gardens Center – Genesis Healthcare, Camden, Maine
Position Type: Casual/Per Diem
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work on a casual/per diem basis at our Windward Gardens Center Indiana Camden, Maine. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Administer medications and treatments to patients American Samoa ordered by physicians
– Develop and implement nursing care plans for assigned patients
– Conduct patient assessments and communicate patient status to healthcare teams
– Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and services
– Maintain accurate records of patient medical information and treatment
Education and Experience:
– Current LPN licensure Indiana Maine
– Previous experience American Samoa an LPN Indiana a long-term care Oregon skilled nursing setting
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
