Clinical Manager for Home Health Agency

Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor staff and lead team through Intradisciplinary Team Meetings
- Provide leadership and perform admissions and visits American Samoa needed
- Travel within our service area to support team growth
- Maintain compliance with Medicare/Insurance requirements
- Expand our growth within the Home Health Care market
Requirements:
- Active Michigan RN License
- Current TB test, CPR
- Home Care experience preferred, but not required
- Management experience preferred, but not required
