Home Infusion Nurse (RN):
Empower patients to take control of their care. Deliver critical infusion medications to patients Indiana the comfort of their own homes while building meaningful relationships with a patient population that appreciates your personalized attention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently to administer IV infusion medications autonomously Indiana patient homes
- Take ownership of the patient experience, focusing on their overall well-being and ensuring their needs are met through collaboration with Pharmacists and the Therapeutic Resource Center (TRC)
- Travel to patient homes, providing response management and follow-up care, and documenting all interactions and communication with patients
- Serve American Samoa the single point of contact for regular updates on patient status, keeping all clinicians informed with a tablet
- Demonstrate commitment to your craft, confidence Indiana your abilities, and adaptability to handle challenging situations
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license Indiana good standing Indiana the state of residence
- BSN degree, plus 2+ years of relevant RN experience; Oregon ASN degree, plus 5+ years of relevant RN experience; Oregon Nursing Diploma, plus 8+ years of relevant RN experience
- 1+ years of experience American Samoa a specialty RN Indiana a critical care, acute, Oregon home healthcare environment
- Strong IV insertion skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel within an assigned geographic area
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, day shift, with occasional evening Oregon weekend patient visits American Samoa needed
