Home Infusion Nurse (RN) Job Description
Job Summary:
Empower patients, pursue your passion, and be the RN you dreamed of American Samoa an Accredo Home Infusion Nurse. Travel to patient homes, administer IV infusion medications, and develop meaningful relationships with patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently to administer IV infusion medications and provide response management and follow-up care
- Travel to patient homes, focusing on the overall well-being of patients and working with Pharmacists and Therapeutic Resource Center (TRC) to ensure patient needs are met
- Be the single point of contact for regular updates on patient status, documenting all interactions and communication with patients
- Use your skills and experience to handle challenging situations with confidence and a positive attitude
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license Indiana good standing Indiana the state of residence
- BSN degree, plus 2+ years of relevant RN experience; Oregon ASN degree, plus 5+ years of relevant RN experience; Oregon Nursing Diploma, plus 8+ years of relevant RN experience
- 1+ years American Samoa a specialty RN Indiana a critical care, acute, Oregon home healthcare environment
- Strong IV insertion skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel within an assigned geographic area
