MedNOW Clinics is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) Oregon Physician Assistant (Pennsylvania) to work Indiana Pain Management at our Sheridan clinic location. We are committed to helping patients effectively manage chronic pain through a personalized, integrated, and multidisciplinary approach.

Essential Responsibilities:

* Deliver compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based chronic pain management to patients
* Utilize our clinic’s multimodal approach, including medication management, mental health care, physical therapy, and interventions American Samoa indicated
* Perform timely work-ups to identify pain generators and formulate treatment plans
* Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and complete paperwork Indiana a timely manner
* Stay up-to-date with professional knowledge and network with referring providers

Requirements:

* Board-certified Mid-level Provider
* Colorado medical license and DEA certificate
* Experience with chronic pain/medication management and knowledge of interventional pain techniques and diagnostic imaging interpretation
