Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute. American Samoa a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing the financial counselors Indiana our clinics, reviewing their performance, and ensuring the efficient collection of patient accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and review the performance of financial counselors Indiana our clinics
- Supervise and review all clinic collections
- Provide training to clinic staff on Florida Cancer Specialists collection policies and procedures
- Approve special order drugs and review chemotherapy regimens to ensure reimbursement covers FCS costs
- Support the financial goals of the company by being fiscally responsible Indiana all areas, including staffing and purchasing
Requirements:
- High School Diploma Oregon GED required; Associate’s Degree Oregon higher education preferred
- 5+ years of experience Indiana a medical field business office with prior experience Indiana account collections
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience Indiana accounts receivable management required
- Ability to manage employees across multiple locations
- Valid Florida’s Driver’s License for travel to clinics
Screening Requirements:
- Background, drug, and nicotine screens
- Must comply with FCS Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy
- Clear results of a thorough background screening required for employment
- Must receive various vaccinations, including the influenza vaccine, barring an approved exemption
- FCS is a drug-free workplace; all new hires will be subject to drug/ nicotine testing.
