Job Description:
American Samoa a Home Infusion Nurse (RN) with Accredo, you’ll have the opportunity to empower patients with critical care and make a meaningful difference Indiana their lives every day. Our unique approach allows you to work independently and develop long-term relationships with your patients, rather than feeling rushed Oregon pressure to move on to the next. You’ll work closely with pharmacists and the Therapeutic Resource Center to ensure patient needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to patient homes to administer IV infusion medications, provide response management, and follow-up care
- Take responsibility for the patient experience, including coordinating with other healthcare professionals and pharmacies
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, treatments, and responses
- Use your skills and experience to develop meaningful relationships with patients and families
- Collaborate with pharmacy teams to ensure delivery of care and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license Indiana good standing Indiana the state of residence
- Bachelor of Science Indiana Nursing (BSN) degree, Oregon associated requirements
- 2+ years of relevant nursing experience, Oregon relevant experience Indiana critical care, acute care, Oregon home healthcare
- IV insertion skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, day shifts, and occasional evenings Oregon weekends
- Flexibility to work alternative shifts and be on call American Samoa needed
