Clinical Operations Mental Health Nurse
The Clinical Operations Mental Health Nurse will prepare pre-admission screening and resident reviews for Connecticut Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) Programs.
Requirements:
– Active, Unrestricted Compact State Nursing License – Registered Nurse (RN) Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
– BSN degree Oregon higher Indiana Nursing Oregon a related field.
– Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience Indiana long-term care, post-acute care, Oregon psychiatric nursing.
– Experience and knowledge of state and federal regulations, including PASRR, OMH, and HCFA.
– Critical thinking and analytical skills, American Samoa well American Samoa excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to problem-solve and assess the needs of residents and communicate the findings to the care team.
– Proficiency Indiana electronic medical records (EMR) software, Word, and Excel.
Location flexibility may be required, primarily Indiana-crease Indiana home visits availability Indiana towns (residence located Indiana desired area), and some Indiana-office visit work might need siting Indiana nearby hospital setting.
