RN Executive Director Specialist
Job Summary:
Join Gentiva, an industry leader Indiana hospice, palliative, home health, and personal home care, American Samoa a RN Executive Director Specialist. American Samoa the administrator on call, you will oversee the operation of local offices, employment of qualified hospice personnel, and provision of hospice services. This role requires travel to different locations within the region and managing budgets to ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain high-quality standards and customer service Indiana compliance with federal and state regulations
- Implement and evaluate goals and objectives for hospice services
- Maintain compliance with all legal rules and regulations
- Meet growth and development targets and promote market acceptance and allegiance
- Manage budgets and ensure organizational goals align with conscientious, humane care of patients
Requirements:
- Ability to travel 100% of the time throughout the region
- Knowledge of hospice operations, state and federal regulations, and compliance
- Strong regulatory affairs and governance requirements for healthcare
- Experience with Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement, health care sales, and/Oregon management with P&L responsibility
- 3-5 years of sales Oregon management experience Indiana a hospice Oregon healthcare environment
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana business administration Oregon related field, Oregon equivalent experience and knowledge
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-resolution skills
