Job Summary:
Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Vocational Nurse II (LVN II) will be responsible for providing direct patient care to oncology patients Indiana a regular clinic setting. The LVN II will perform various clinical duties, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and documenting patient information. This is a full-time, 13-week assignment.
Responsibilities:
* Provides direct patient care to oncology patients Indiana a regular clinic setting
* Administers medications and performs treatments American Samoa ordered by physicians
* Takes vital signs and documents patient information
* Assists with procedures and exams American Samoa needed
* Maintains accurate and confidential patient records
* Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:
* Currently licensed American Samoa a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Indiana the state of California
* One (1) year of experience American Samoa an LVN, preferably Indiana an oncology setting
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
