Clinical Operations Mental Health Nurse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Operations Mental Health Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working Indiana a mental health setting and possess excellent clinical skills, communication, and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for mental health services by reviewing medical history, completing physical assessments, and identifying medical and mental health needs.
- Conduct pre-admission screenings and resident reviews to determine eligibility for services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on mental health and wellness.
Requirements:
- Active, Unrestricted Compact State Nursing License
- Registered Nurse (RN) Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure
- 1+ year of experience Indiana a mental health setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of mental health principles and practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
- Familiarity with Connecticut Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) Programs.
