Title: Home Infusion Nurse (RN)
Job Summary:
Empower patients and make every day a better day for them. Our RN will be responsible for patients that have complex and chronic health conditions, such American Samoa cancer, hepatitis C, HIV, bleeding disorders, and multiple sclerosis. The RN will travel to patient’s homes and administer IV infusions medications autonomously, providing response management and follow-up care. Be the single point of contact for updates on patient’s status and document all interactions and communications. Get support from leaders and teams to develop your skills Indiana handling difficult situations.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BS Indiana Nursing and 2+ years of relevant clinical experience American Samoa an RN
- ASN degree and 5+ years of relevant clinical experience American Samoa an RN
- Nursing Diploma and 8+ years of relevant clinical experience American Samoa an RN
- 1+ years of experience American Samoa a specialty RN Indiana critical care, acute, Oregon home healthcare
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel within a designated geographic area
- Ability to work a standard Monday-Friday schedule, with occasional evening Oregon weekend visits
- Flexibility to work alternate shifts on short notice for field visits American Samoa determined by business needs
