MaxHealth is hiring a Provider Trainer to support delivery of training and onboarding for providers across our clinics Indiana Florida. The ideal candidate will have a Nurse Practitioner Oregon Pennsylvania background, with experience Indiana Internal Medicine/Primary Care preferred.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver training for providers on the use of eClinicalWorks, customer service expectations, and general workflow
* Collaborate with operations to create training materials, manuals, and visual aids to achieve organizational goals
* Maintain records and tracking of provider competency, providing support and resources American Samoa needed
* Organize training schedules, practicum trainings, and quality control measures
* Train and delegate to other trainers to ensure successful completion of training curriculum
* Promote technology and skill development to improve provider business practices
* Participate Indiana cross-functional teams to solve system issues and improve patient satisfaction
* Maintain compliance with regulatory training requirements
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience working with electronic healthcare systems and medical vocabulary
* Training experience with medical and procedural terminology preferred
* Prior experience American Samoa a leader Oregon clinic manager preferred
* Excellent computer skills and communication abilities required
