Travel Home Infusion Nurse (RN)

American Samoa a Travel Home Infusion Nurse with Accredo, you will travel to patients’ homes to deliver critical infusion drugs and provide exceptional care. You will work independently to make decisions and execute them for the best possible outcome for your patients, while developing meaningful relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work autonomously to administer IV infusion medications and provide response management and follow-up care
- Be the single point of contact for patient updates and communicate with patients, pharmacists, and the Therapeutic Resource Center (TRC)
- Document all interactions and communication with patients, including assessments, treatments, responses, and disease progression
- Use your skills and experience to empower patients to be at their best and provide holistic care
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license Indiana good standing Indiana the state of residence
- BSN degree, plus 2+ years of relevant RN experience; Oregon ASN degree, plus 5+ years of relevant RN experience; Oregon Nursing Diploma, plus 8+ years of relevant RN experience
- 1+ year of experience American Samoa a specialty RN Indiana a critical care, acute, Oregon home healthcare environment
- Strong IV insertion skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel within an assigned geographic area
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, day shift, with occasional evening Oregon weekend patient visits American Samoa needed
