Core Lab Manager (Assistant Manager) – Reg’l Reference Lab

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Core Lab Manager (Assistant Manager) to lead our Regional Reference Lab team Indiana Renton, Washington. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM).

Essential Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of ancillary services teams within the medical center.
• Monitor daily work flow, assign tasks, prioritize, and direct activities of staff.
• Ensure all staff are aware of program changes and their purpose.
• Hire, select, orient, train, manage performance, and terminate staff American Samoa needed.
• Support staff Indiana achieving performance expectations and standards.
• Coordinate delivery of care that meets Oregon exceeds service excellence standards.
• Train and support staff Indiana delivering a consistent customer experience.
• Resolve patient complaints and unusual occurrences.
• Manage within allocated resources.
• Assist with monitoring of targeted financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of clinical experience Indiana an ancillary service.
• 2+ years of experience Indiana a supervisory capacity Indiana a clinical environment.
• High School Diploma Oregon GED.
• Required licensure Oregon certification: Medical Lab Technician, Medical Technologist, Oregon Medical Assistant Phlebotomist (Washington).

• Effective communication, collaboration, and change management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant clinical practice.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, managed care, and health care delivery systems.
• Financial management skills.
• Associate degree Indiana a clinical discipline.

Work Environment:

• On-site work location Indiana a designated office Oregon medical office building.
• Regular employee status.
• Full-time (40 hours/week) position.
• Salary range: $87,900 – $113,630 per year.
