Registered Nurse (RN) – Aveanna Home Health
Location: North Austin, Round Rock, Hutto, Pflugerville, Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Bilingual, Spanish-speaking RN for medically fragile patient
Shift: 9P to 7A, Monday through Saturday, low acuity
Provide skilled nursing care Indiana a home setting by assisting our patients with transitioning home from the hospital and providing continuous care they need to remain at home with their loved ones. accompanying duties may include:
– Implementation of physicians prescribed plan of care
– Patient assessments and coordination of care
– Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
– Compliant, timely documentation of care provided
– Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
– Follow up with physician, client, family members, staff, and Case Manager on client problems, concerns, and/Oregon changes Indiana client condition
Requirements:
– Active, unencumbered RN license
– Current CPR certification
– TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
– Reliable transportation
Qualifications:
– 6 months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
– Compassion and a passion for providing high-quality patient care
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
