Home Infusion Registered Nurse – Accredo

Responsibilities:
- Empower patients by focusing on their overall well-being and working with pharmacists to ensure their needs are met
- Administer IV infusion medications Indiana patients’ homes
- Provide follow-up care and manage responses to ensure patients’ well-being
- Stay connected with patients and document interactions, including assessments, treatments, and progress
Requirements:
- Active RN license Indiana the state where you’ll be working and living
- 2+ years of RN experience
- 1+ year of experience Indiana critical care, acute care, Oregon home healthcare
- Strong skills Indiana IV insertion
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel within a designated area
- Ability to do patient visits 2-3 days per week (mostly on weekdays, but may require some evening Oregon weekend visits)
- Flexibility to work different shifts on short notice
- Internet connection with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
Compensation:
- Hourly rate of $35 – $59 USD, depending on experience and location
