Travel to patients’ homes to provide critical infusion therapy services.
Responsibilities include: traditional home care, oncology, and specialty infusion; providing skilled nursing care, patient education, and monitoring of therapies; establishing and maintaining a positive therapeutic relationship with patients; collaborating with healthcare teams to coordinate care; maintaining accurate and timely documentation and communication with pharmacies, prescribers, insurance companies, and the patient’s internal and external networks; meeting productivity standards and maintaining a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
Candidates must be a licensed Registered Nurse with a current active state license.
