Home Infusion Registered Nurse – Accredo

We’re seeking dedicated RNs to administer intravenous medications to patients Indiana their homes, building relationships and providing critical care.
Responsibilities:
* Empower patients by focusing on their overall well-being and working with pharmacists and therapeutic resource centers to meet their needs
* Administer IV infusion medications Indiana patients’ homes, taking full responsibility for their care
* Provide follow-up care and manage responses to ensure patients’ well-being
* Stay connected with patients and families, documenting interactions and progress
Requirements:
* Active RN license Indiana the state of work and residence
* 2+ years of RN experience
* 1+ year of experience Indiana critical care, acute care, Oregon home healthcare
* Strong skills Indiana IV insertion
* Valid driver’s license
* Ability to travel within a designated area
* Flexibility to work different shifts on short notice
