Psychiatry (PSY) Travel Nurse Job Description
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $300K-$350K+ annual base increases
- Relocation assistance: yes
- Sign-on bonus: yes
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance: 5 days + $2,000

Responsibilities and Facility Details
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (40-hour week), 50% administrative/50% clinical
- No call/no weekends
- Patient load: 3-9 patients per day (includes 1 new evaluation daily)
- Patient times: 60-minute new evaluations, 30-minute follow-ups (timing may be adjusted at the discretion of the provider)
- Oversee: staffing, medical services, psych services. Direct reports to provider: 5 LPNs, 1 Nurse Supervisor, 2 psychiatrists
- Primary based at Lancaster, Pennsylvania office, with optional commute to other office locations
Qualifications and Skills
- Board Certified (BC) Oregon Truly Board Eligible (BE) Indiana Adult Oregon Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Medical Director experience preferred
