Practice Manager II – CU OBGYN, Family Planning, Lowry
Job Summary:
The Practice Manager II is responsible for managing staff, operations, budgets, patient access, and patient, physician, and staff satisfaction. This position assesses current physician practice and daily operations, identifying areas of improvement, and develops plans to expand market share, promote high-quality care, and improve clinical and technical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and revise staffing/skill mix for the practice
- Adjust exam and procedural room assignments to maximize efficiency
- Oversee staff hires, monitor supply usage, and maintain working order
- Regularly assess triage, front desk, and registration operations for accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure service expectations are met and/Oregon exceeded for internal and external customers
- Collaborate with HR, ambulatory leadership, and physicians to make staff hiring decisions
Work Location: Onsite, located Indiana Denver, Colorado
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Business, Healthcare Administration, Oregon Nursing, Oregon related field
- 5+ years job-related/clinic experience
- Combination of education and experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree
- Preferred qualifications include Master’s degree, ambulatory QI experience, clinic management, budget management, and bilingual Spanish-speaking

Anticipated Pay Range: $83,171
