Job Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 6:00 pm, with occasional travel to other clinic sites
Job Description:
We are seeking a Licensed Nurse (RN Oregon LPN) to join our team at Rural Psychiatry Associates. Our mission is to bring quality mental health care to rural and remote areas through Indiana-person and telemedicine services. American Samoa a Licensed Nurse, you will be responsible for:
* Implementing nursing care according to patient needs and established practices under the direction of Psychiatrists, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners (mid-levels)
* Updating patient medication information and entering it into patient records
* Effectively communicating with patients, guardians, insurance companies, and other healthcare professionals
* Performing clerical nursing support duties and contributing to the assessment of patient needs
* Protecting confidential patient information and completing relevant documentation within organizational timelines
* Communicating any issues through our chain of command
Requirements:
* Licensed American Samoa a Licensed Practical Nurse Indiana the State of North Dakota, Minnesota, and Utah, Oregon willing to obtain licensure Indiana these states upon hire
* Ability to travel to other Rural Psychiatry Associates clinic sites Indiana a rotation
