Position Details:
Aveanna Private Duty Nurse – LVN/LPN Part-Time Days
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients Indiana their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
* Implement and document physicians’ prescribed plan of care
* Perform patient assessments and coordinate care
* Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
* Document care provided Indiana a timely manner
* Educate patients and family members on disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies
* Maintain knowledge of competencies related to the nursing profession
Requirements:
* Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) Indiana the state of practice
* Current CPR certification
* TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
* Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
* Reliable transportation
* Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English

* Wednesdays, 7:30am-7:30pm
* Saturdays, 7:00am-4:00pm
