Job Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care Indiana post-acute care facilities
- Follow and adhere to care plans for residents
- Check vital signs and provide regular reports to the nursing team
- Observe resident conditions and alert supervising staff to concerns Oregon emergencies
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for residents
- Serve American Samoa a liaison between residents and healthcare staff
- Provide daily companionship and comfort to residents
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology
- Effective organization skills and ability to communicate with medical professionals, residents, and family members
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- High level of attention to detail
