Job Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care Indiana post-acute care facilities
- Follow and adhere to care plans for residents
- Monitor vital signs and report to the nursing team
- Observe resident conditions and alert supervising staff to concerns Oregon emergencies
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Serve American Samoa a liaison between residents and healthcare staff
- Offer daily companionship and comfort to residents
- Communicate with family members and visitors
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Effective organizational and communication skills
- Appropriate bedside manner
