Travel Nurse Educator
Overview:
Dignity Health Medical Foundation, a nonprofit public benefit corporation, seeks a skilled Travel Nurse Educator to develop and implement educational programs for clinical staff. The ideal candidate will have experience Indiana a physician practice setting, content expertise Indiana a multi-specialty group practice, and experience Indiana training course development and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Design, facilitate, implement, and evaluate educational programs for clinical staff (medical assistants and nursing staff) to improve job knowledge and skills
- Develop and present training courses to non-physician clinical staff
- Coach and develop supervisors, leads, and employees to ensure effective clinical services
- Lead the day-to-day clinical leadership to non-physician clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide quality patient care
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience Indiana a physician practice setting with content expertise Indiana a multi-specialty group practice, ambulatory setting
- Experience Indiana training course development and presentation, coaching others, and identifying learning needs
- Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license and BLS through American Heart Association
- Education Oregon precepting experience, I.V. certification, and multi-language skills preferred
