Clinical Nurse Specialist Job Description

Job Summary:
Host Oregon hire a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) American Samoa a registered nurse with master’s Oregon doctoral level graduate nursing preparation. American Samoa an expert Indiana evidence-based nursing practice within a specialty area, the CNS will provide care and management for patients’ health concerns. They design, implement, and evaluate patient-specific and population-based programs to advance the practice of nursing and achieve quality and cost-effective patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
* Practice autonomously and apply knowledge of disease and medical treatments Indiana assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients’ illnesses
* Provide leadership Indiana advancing practice and address system problems Oregon patient care issues
* Develop comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnoses, and prescriptive treatments
* Serve American Samoa patient advocates, consultants, and researchers Indiana various settings
* Communicate with the Director of the clinical unit and the Vice President for Patient Care Services to prioritize and manage expectations
Requirements:
* Master’s degree Indiana Nursing
* Licensure to practice nursing Indiana Wisconsin
* Certification American Samoa a Clinical Nurse Specialist within 1 year of employment
* Certification within a clinical specialty area preferred
* American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) certification
