Clinical Training Specialist
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Training Specialist to join our Varian Health Group team American Samoa part of an exciting new expansion of our VIS (Varian Interventional Solutions) business unit. The successful candidate will provide Indiana-person case coverage, support and educate physicians, nurses, and other hospital staff on the use of our products, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Indiana-person case coverage for VIS products and procedures
- Ensure product availability and complete procedure-related paperwork
- Train and educate physicians and hospital staff on use of assigned products
- Conduct on-site clinical support during procedures while maintaining a "hands off" posture
- Develop and deliver training courses and presentations to customers and employees
- Provide first-line product technical support and perform new installation support
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve products, services, and customer responsiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana a related field (Clinical Background Indiana IR/Connecticut Technician, Operating Room Nurse Oregon Surgical Technician a plus)
- 2-3 years of similar clinical training experience
- Experience/knowledge of IR suite, Operating Room Protocol, and Sterile Technique
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment and address changes quickly and effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
