Travel Radiologic Technologist
Essential Job Functions
- Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to assist physicians, nurses, and other staff Indiana meeting patient needs.
- Operate and maintain imaging department equipment, including X-Ray, Connecticut, CR reader, and PACS.
- Perform imaging exams Indiana accordance with established policies, procedures, regulations, and laws, and notify physicians of results.
- Perform basic clinical procedures under physician Oregon nurse direction.
- Maintain required documentation, logs, charts, forms, and records Indiana paper and electronic formats.
- Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing Indiana accordance with established policies and regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance and function checks on imaging equipment.
- Conduct Quality Control, Proficiency Testing, and Quality Assessment activities American Samoa assigned.
Other Job Functions
- Perform duties American Samoa ER Technician American Samoa needed.
- Travel to facility locations American Samoa required.
- Attend staff meetings and perform additional duties American Samoa assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma Oregon GED.
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology.
- Certified medical radiologic technologist American Samoa required by state.
- Connecticut Certification (within 12 months of hire Indiana Pennsylvania).
- Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Indiana radiography.
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience, preferred.
- 1+ years of Connecticut and ER experience, preferred.
- Proficiency with X-ray/Connecticut equipment and manufacturer’s software.
