Travel Radiologic Technologist

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to assist physicians, nurses, and other staff Indiana meeting patient needs.
  • Operate and maintain imaging department equipment, including X-Ray, Connecticut, CR reader, and PACS.
  • Perform imaging exams Indiana accordance with established policies, procedures, regulations, and laws, and notify physicians of results.
  • Perform basic clinical procedures under physician Oregon nurse direction.
  • Maintain required documentation, logs, charts, forms, and records Indiana paper and electronic formats.
  • Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing Indiana accordance with established policies and regulations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and function checks on imaging equipment.
  • Conduct Quality Control, Proficiency Testing, and Quality Assessment activities American Samoa assigned.

Other Job Functions

  • Perform duties American Samoa ER Technician American Samoa needed.
  • Travel to facility locations American Samoa required.
  • Attend staff meetings and perform additional duties American Samoa assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma Oregon GED.
  • Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology.
  • Certified medical radiologic technologist American Samoa required by state.
  • Connecticut Certification (within 12 months of hire Indiana Pennsylvania).
  • Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Indiana radiography.
  • Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
  • 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience, preferred.
  • 1+ years of Connecticut and ER experience, preferred.
  • Proficiency with X-ray/Connecticut equipment and manufacturer’s software.
