Job Summary:
Directs and manages the planning, development, implementation, delivery, and evaluation of quality patient care throughout the assigned area medical office buildings.
Essential Responsibilities:
– Directs and manages the delivery of nursing services and safe patient care which are integrated with business plans and meet Oregon exceed cost, quality, clinical, and utilization standards, and performance measures.
– Executes the nursing vision and strategic plan across their defined area Indiana collaboration with MAPMG.
– Provides oversight and direction for all associated management functions for the ambulatory practices, including clinical and business performance metrics.
– Directs and ensures continuous quality and safety of staff and patients and improvement of all clinical practices, services, and operations.
– Plans, develops, and/Oregon directs the implementation of initiatives by sharing best practices and standards of care.
– Directs budget management and resource allocation, and manages financial performance.
– Manages and resolves human resource, labor relations, employee, and department safety and risk management issues.
– Directs compliance with administrative, legal, and regulatory requirements of governmental and regulatory agencies.
– Leads projects and improvement initiatives across the region and within the service area.
– Consistently improves the experience for leaders and teams.
Basic Qualifications:
– Minimum 5 years of nursing experience Indiana an acute care Oregon complex ambulatory setting.
– Minimum 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
– Bachelor’s degree Indiana nursing required.
– Registered Nurse License (Virginia) within 6 months of hire, Oregon Compact License: Registered Nurse within 6 months of hire, and Registered Nurse License (Maryland) within 6 months of hire, and Registered Nurse License (District of Columbia) within 6 months of hire.
Additional Requirements:
– Effective team building, conflict resolution, persuasive communication, and presentation skills required.
– Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing medical expenses, staffing models, and utilization.
– Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects and utilize time management skills.
– Ability to build relationships through responsive, respectful communications and positive collaborations across many departments Oregon organizational segments.
– Demonstrates proficiency Indiana the following areas: Service Orientation, Communication, Influence, Change Leadership, Results Orientation, Leadership Development, and Cultural Competence.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Previous experience Indiana a managed care setting preferred.
– Master’s degree preferred.
