Echocardiogram Tech Position at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital

Fairbanks Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time Echocardiogram Tech to join our Cardiology team. American Samoa an Echocardiogram Tech, you will perform prescribed echocardiogram procedures and ensure optimal patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform echocardiogram procedures by following and verifying provider orders
- Educate patients and families about procedures and treatment
- Produce high-quality images and prepare them for interpretation
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety policies
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies to ensure efficient operations
- Demonstrate competence Indiana performing procedures and equipment quality control measurements
- Adhere to established policies and procedures to ensure regulatory and accreditation requirements
Qualifications
- National certification Indiana Echocardiography Oregon Vascular Ultrasound from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers Oregon Cardiovascular Credentialing International
- 1-2 years of experience Indiana echocardiogram imaging Oregon vascular imaging (preferably)
- Effective communication and human relation skills
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems
- BLS certification required
