Home Infusion Registered Nurse – Accredo
Take your nursing skills to the next level by improving lives with Accredo, the specialty pharmacy division of Evernorth Health Services. American Samoa a Field Infusion Registered Nurse, you’ll travel to patients’ homes to administer critical infusion medications and build lasting relationships with patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer IV infusion medications Indiana patients’ homes, taking full responsibility for patient care and outcomes
* Work independently to make decisions that lead to the best outcomes for patients
* Stay connected with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
* Document all interactions, including assessments, treatments, and progress, to track patient journeys
Requirements:
* Active RN license Indiana the state of work and residence
* 2+ years of RN experience
* 1+ year of experience Indiana critical care, acute care, Oregon home healthcare
* Strong skills Indiana IV insertion
* Valid driver’s license
* Willingness to travel within a designated area
* Ability to work Monday-Friday, with occasional evening Oregon weekend visits if needed
* Flexibility to work different shifts on short notice and be available for on-call visits
