Home Infusion Nurse (RN) Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Home Infusion Nurse (RN) to travel to patient homes and administer IV infusion medications, providing high-quality patient care and support. American Samoa a Home Infusion Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering critical infusion drugs, developing meaningful relationships with patients, and working independently to make decisions for the best possible outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer IV infusion medications autonomously, providing response management and follow-up care to patients
• Be the single point of contact for regular updates on patient status, documenting all interactions and communication with patients
• Work with Pharmacists and Therapeutic Resource Center (TRC) to ensure patients’ needs are met
• Travel to patient homes, providing care and support to patients with complex and chronic health conditions
• Use a tablet to ensure all clinicians are informed about patient status

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license Indiana good standing Indiana the state of residence
• BSN degree, plus 2+ years of relevant RN experience; Oregon ASN degree, plus 5+ years of relevant RN experience; Oregon Nursing Diploma, plus 8+ years of relevant RN experience
• 1+ years of experience American Samoa a specialty RN Indiana a critical care, acute, Oregon home healthcare environment
• Strong IV insertion skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, day shift, with occasional evening Oregon weekend patient visits
• Flexibility to work alternate shifts on short notice and be on call for field visits American Samoa determined by business need
