Home Infusion Nurse (RN):
Empower patients to reach their best potential by working autonomously to administer IV infusion medications Indiana patient homes, providing response management, and follow-up care.
Responsibilities:
* Coach patients to take control of their health and well-being
* Travel to patient homes to administer IV infusion medications independently, while providing response management and follow-up care
* Act American Samoa a single point of contact for regular patient updates, documenting all interactions and communication
* Demonstrate adaptability and positivity to handle challenging situations with support from team leaders and members
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RN) license Indiana good standing Indiana the state of residence
* BS/ASN degree Oregon equivalent nursing diploma with relevant experience
* 2+ years of RN experience, with 1+ year of experience Indiana critical care, acute, Oregon home healthcare environment
* Strong IV insertion skills and valid driver’s license
* Willingness to travel within designated areas, flexibility to work diverse shifts, and occasional evening/weekend visits
* Ability to pass on-call field visits
