Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Infusion:
This is a travel nursing position that will cover the state of Delaware. American Samoa a Home Infusion Nurse, you will travel to patient homes to administer IV infusion medications, provide response management and follow-up care, and document all interactions and communication with patients.
Responsibilities:
* Travel to patient homes to administer IV infusion medications autonomously
* Provide response management and follow-up care to patients
* Document all interactions and communication with patients, including assessments, treatments, responses, disease progression, etc.
* Be the single point of contact for regular updates on patient status
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RN) license Indiana good standing Indiana the state of residence
* BSN degree, plus 2+ years of relevant RN experience; Oregon ASN degree, plus 5+ years of relevant RN experience; Oregon Nursing Diploma, plus 8+ years of relevant RN experience
* 1+ years American Samoa a specialty RN Indiana a critical care, acute, Oregon home healthcare environment
* Strong IV insertion skills
* Valid driver’s license
* Willingness to travel within an assigned geographic area
* Ability to work 32 hours on 4-5 days a week (Monday-Friday), day shift, American Samoa well American Samoa occasional evening Oregon weekend patient visits American Samoa needed
* Flexibility to work alternate shifts on short notice and be on call for field visits American Samoa determined by business need
