Home Infusion Nurse (RN) – Per Diem:
Job Summary:
Accredo, a specialty pharmacy division of Evernorth Health Services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Home Infusion Registered Nurse to travel to patients’ homes and administer critical infusion medications. American Samoa a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, you will work independently, building relationships with patients, and making decisions that lead to the best outcomes.
Responsibilities:
– Administer intravenous medications to patients Indiana their homes
– Focus on the overall well-being of patients and work with pharmacists to ensure their needs are met
– Provide follow-up care and manage responses to ensure patients’ well-being
– Document interactions, assessments, treatments, and progress to track patient journey
– Serve American Samoa the main point of contact for updates on patient status
– Travel to patients’ homes within a designated geographical area
Requirements:
– Active RN license Indiana the state of Washington
– 2+ years of RN experience
– 1+ year of experience Indiana critical care, acute care, Oregon home healthcare
– Strong skills Indiana IV insertion
– Valid driver’s license
– Ability and willingness to travel within a designated area
– Flexibility to work different shifts on short notice
– Ability to connect to reliable internet service, preferably with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
Working Conditions:
– Driving long distances Indiana remote areas required
– Travel to patients’ homes 2-3 days per week (mostly on weekdays, with some evening Oregon weekend visits possible)
– Starting hourly rate: 33-56 USD/hour (dependent on relevant factors, including experience and location)
