Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to patients’ homes to administer IV infusion medications and provide response management and follow-up care
• Document interactions and communication with patients, including assessments, treatments, responses, and disease progression
• Serve American Samoa the single point of contact for patient updates, using a tablet to keep all clinicians informed
• Work independently with confidence, a positive attitude, and adaptability to handle challenging situations

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license Indiana good standing Indiana the state of residence
• BSN degree, 2+ years of relevant RN experience, Oregon ASN degree, 5+ years of relevant RN experience, Oregon Nursing Diploma, 8+ years of relevant RN experience

• Strong IV insertion skills
• Valid driver’s license
