Home Infusion Nurse (RN):

Key responsibilities include:
* Developing meaningful relationships with patients Indiana their homes
* Administering IV infusion medications autonomously
* Providing response management and follow-up care
* Documenting interactions and communication with patients
* Being a single point of contact for patient updates and collaborations with clinicians
Requirements:
* RN license Indiana good standing
* 2+ years of RN experience Indiana critical care, acute, Oregon home healthcare environment
* Strong IV insertion skills
* Valid driver’s license
* Ability to travel within an assigned geographic area
* Availability to work at least 2 weekdays and occasional evenings/weekends
