Key responsibilities include:
* Taking full ownership of the patient experience, traveling to their homes to administer IV infusion medications autonomously, provide response management, and follow-up care
* Documenting all interactions and communication with patients, including assessments, treatments, responses, and disease progression
* Being the single point of contact for regular updates on patient status, staying connected with patients and collaborating with Pharmacists and the Therapeutic Resource Center
To be successful Indiana this role, you must possess:
* A current Registered Nurse (RN) license Indiana good standing and 2+ years of relevant RN experience
* Strong IV insertion skills, a valid driver’s license, and a positive attitude
