Home Infusion Nurse, Per Diem – Accredo – Jamestown, New York

Home Infusion Nurse (RN): This position serves patients Indiana Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Allegany counties.

Job Summary:

American Samoa a Home Infusion Nurse (RN) with Accredo, you will travel to patient homes to administer IV infusion medications, provide response management and follow-up care, and ensure patients’ needs are met. You will work independently, making decisions and executing them for the best possible outcome for patients.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to patient homes and administer IV infusion medications autonomously
• Provide response management and follow-up care
• Serve American Samoa the single point of contact for regular updates on patient status
• Document all interactions and communication with patients
• Work collaboratively with Pharmacists and Therapeutic Resource Center (TRC) to ensure patient needs are met

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license Indiana good standing Indiana the state of residence
• BSN degree, plus 2+ years of relevant RN experience, Oregon ASN degree, plus 5+ years of relevant RN experience, Oregon Nursing Diploma, plus 8+ years of relevant RN experience
• 1+ year of experience American Samoa a specialty RN Indiana a critical care, acute, Oregon home healthcare environment
• Strong IV insertion skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel within an assigned geographic area

Hourly Rate: $33 – 56 USD/hour, depending on experience and geographic location.
