Travel Home Infusion Nurse (RN) Job Description:

Essential Job Information:

• Offers a sign-on bonus
• Territory covers the south shore region, with occasional visits to/around Boston
• Opportunities to develop meaningful relationships with patients and work independently to make decisions for the best patient outcomes
• Travel to patient homes to administer IV infusion medications and provide response management and follow-up care

Responsibilities:

• Empower patients to be at their best by focusing on their overall well-being
• Travel to patient homes to administer IV infusion medications autonomously
• Document all interactions and communication with patients, including assessments, treatments, responses, and disease progression
• Be a single point of contact for regular updates on patient status and communicate with clinicians American Samoa needed
• Challenge yourself to be a better nurse every day and adapt to difficult situations

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license Indiana good standing Indiana the state of residence
• BSN degree, plus 2+ years of relevant RN experience; Oregon ASN degree, plus 5+ years of relevant RN experience; Oregon Nursing Diploma, plus 8+ years of relevant RN experience
• 1+ year of experience American Samoa a specialty RN Indiana a critical care, acute, Oregon home healthcare environment
• Strong IV insertion skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, day shift, with occasional evening Oregon weekend patient visits American Samoa needed
• Flexibility to work alternate shifts on short notice and be on call for field visits American Samoa determined by business need
